Advertisement Material shall be shared by You. Compelte content of the Advertisement including the design is the resposibility of You. The Company will not be resposible.

Payment

100% upfront payment is required for releasing the Ads.

Lead Time

Lead time to book the Ad. wil vary Ad to Ad basis which will be metioned in the Quotation of each service. Lead days will be coutned from the date of payment received or from the date of design approval/arrival from you.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Service.

Governing Law

The laws of Tamil Nadu, India, excluding its conflict of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concerns about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
